Although you're reserving the 1-bedroom configuration, **the home is completely private during your stay and is never shared with other guests**. Additional bedrooms and designated areas not included with this reservation will remain secured.

You'll enjoy the home's spacious common areas, including **two comfortable living spaces**, giving you plenty of room to relax after a day of wine tasting or exploring Healdsburg.

The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a leisurely breakfast to a home-cooked dinner. Gather around the indoor dining table or head outside to enjoy the beautiful wine country setting.

The primary bedroom provides the main sleeping accommodations. For groups of up to four, **two twin-size rollaway beds are also available** and can be set up as needed. Sheets and comforters for the rollaway beds are provided.

**Streaming** Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO/Max, and other streaming services are available. Guests will need to sign in using their own accounts.

**Pets** Dogs are welcome with a **$150 pet fee per pet**. No other animals are permitted without prior approval.

**Parking** Complimentary driveway parking is available for up to **4 vehicles**.

**Security** A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance.

**Fireplace** The indoor fireplace is currently out of service and should not be used.

**Country Setting** Maison Cachée is located in the countryside of Dry Creek Valley. As with most rural properties, you may occasionally encounter insects, spiders, ants, or other small critters. The home receives professional pest-control service monthly as a preventative measure.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
