Parking:
There are 2 un-marked parking spots. All additional vehicles must park on the street. Violators will be towed away at vehicle owner's expense.

Other things to note
1. No Events Allowed.

2. No Smoking / No vaping / No e-cigarettes / No Marijuana / No kind of any Drug.

3. Max of 1 pet allowed for a $75 fee.

4. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Please be mindful that the apartment shares walls with the neighboring unit. Guests should respect designated quiet hours and avoid disturbing neighbors with disruptive noise, including loud music, shouting, or slamming doors.

5. We only provide two parking spots. You may park anywhere near unit 3. All additional vehicles must park on the street. Violators will be towed away at vehicle owner’s expense.

If a neighbor reports a noise disturbance or police are called and a violation is issued, the guest security deposit will be forfeited and could risk eviction.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

Rates may vary based on season, demand, and length of stay. Minimum stay requirements may apply during peak periods or special events. Discounts available for weekly and monthly stays—please inquire. Additional fees for cleaning and taxes will be applied at booking. Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
