5. We only provide two parking spots. You may park anywhere near unit 2. All additional vehicles must park on the street. Violators will be towed away at vehicle owner’s expense.

If a neighbor reports a noise disturbance or police are called and a violation is issued, the guest security deposit will be forfeited and could risk eviction.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking..
